Tierney Bowen
BScPT, CAFCI

Graduated from Queens University with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy, is currently working towards Masters in Clinical Physiotherapy from Curtin University, Australia and is the current Education Coordinator for Sports Physiotherapy Alberta.

Her passion for sports and being an athlete herself has lead her to develop this program after taking the course on "New Trends in the Prevention of Running Injuries" by Blaise Dubois who is a consultant for the Athletics Canada where he works with elite runners.

She has worked with several sports team such as hockey, National Netball team, football and soccer. In her spare time she enjoys running, biking, hiking, skiing, rowing, teaching spin classes at Goodlife and watching sports.

Her passion and goal is to see individuals reach their potential in a pain free manner.

 

Carole Dobson MAN, RD
Masters in Applied Nutrition & Registered Dietitian

Perhaps Carole's French-Canadian roots explain her passion for enjoying the best that food has to offer in a way that promotes health, but doesn't sacrifice taste and enjoyment.

She has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science (Food and Nutrition) from Ryerson University in Toronto and a Masters Degree in Applied Nutrition from the University of Guelph. She has experience with a diverse group of organizations including Health Canada, Kellogg's Canada, leading tertiary care hospitals and her specialty is one-on-one individual counseling. Carole is a member of the College of Dietitians of Alberta, Dietitians of Canada and the Canadian Fitness Professionals Association. She is actively involved in the fitness industry as a National Trainer for Les Mills Canada and instructor for GoodLife Fitness. Whether she is teaching a class in yoga/pilates, indoor cycling, or weight training, her contagious smile fills the room!
